What anyone can verify
Every vouch on the page is from a real, identity-verified person. Their name, their title, the company where you worked together, the dates you overlapped, and the words they're willing to vouch for. Favorable or unfavorable.
Each name on the page is a profile of its own. Click through. See the person. Verify for yourself.
If a vouch is unfavorable, you have 30 days to respond, dispute, or request its withdrawal. You also have a permanent right of reply if it publishes.

I spent 25 years building businesses where reputation moved every deal: real estate development, importing, retail, early-stage investing. Then I tried to build a game called SHIFTER and ran into the wall that made Kandor unavoidable. I needed a studio I could trust with the build, and I had no way to verify trust in anyone, regardless of how well-known they were.
Fame isn't trust. A polished website isn't trust. A warm intro isn't trust. Trust is a real, verified human putting their own name on yours.

Common questions
We can't prevent two real humans from lying together. No system can. What Kandor does is permanently attach their names to the lie, give every victim a permanent right to post the truth back, and flag the liars across every future interaction they'll ever have on the platform. That's stricter than any reference system that exists today.
The vouch sits unpublished on your profile (visible only to you) for 30 days. During that window, you can dispute it, request that the writer withdraw it voluntarily, or contact them directly. If it does publish, you have a permanent right of reply directly underneath. Public, attributed, and it stays there forever.
Yes. Account deletion clears your behavioral data, vouches, profile, and search visibility. It does NOT clear your verified legal name + date of birth. Those are retained permanently to prevent re-registration under the same identity.
You control it. On a Member or Founding Member plan, your profile is searchable by name, discoverable by attribute (headline, company), and reachable via share links you generate. On Free, your profile is searchable by name only, meaning anyone can verify you exist on Kandor, but vouches stay private until you upgrade. There's no way to view your vouches without you sharing a link or upgrading the plan.
You shouldn't. Yet. Verify the parts that are verifiable today: who runs Kandor, who advises it, what privacy commitments are in writing in the Terms, and how the product behaves end-to-end (verification, vouch flow, withdrawal mechanics). If those hold up, the trust extends incrementally as the network grows. The fast-talking version of this answer is fine for marketing decks. We're not running that version.
